Description

The Command Center Supervisor oversees the Command Center and provides support for all Command Center Agents. This role is pivotal in handling the escalation of issues triaged during remote monitoring and maintaining documentation of internal shuttle attendant audits. 

Additionally, the Command Center Supervisor is responsible for preparing and submitting required data and reports, ensuring quality customer service, and facilitating seamless operations across our fleet of autonomous vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the AIC Command Center and provide support to Command Center Agents.
  • Manage escalation of issues identified during remote monitoring and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of internal shuttle attendant audits.
  • Prepare and submit required data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure quality customer service and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Act as a liaison between the Command Center and other departments to ensure consistent and comfortable rides for passengers.
  • Support the active management of deployed vehicles during operating hours.
  • Participate in incident response and develop technical procedures for efficient operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Beep鈥檚 autonomous platform and provide technical guidance to Support Technicians.
  • Coordinate with      other departments, such as Human Resources, Finance, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth operational activities.

Requirements

What we are looking for: 

  • Associate or Bachelor鈥檚 Degree 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical field or within an IT customer support role (preferred) 
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and work with complex software systems 
  • Ability to understand and present high level data 
  • Ability to confidently and accurately multi-task issues 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with clients 
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to support shift schedule, including weekends 
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals 
  • Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors, and contractors 
  • Must be able to visually inspect tools, vehicle, equipment, and/or machines 
  • Must be able to pass background check 
  • Must have a good driving record, with current FL driver's license 
  • Must pass Beep AV operator training and certification
