Junior Sales Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Analysis: Conduct financial analyses with a focus on customer and product P&L.
KPI Management: Create, maintain, and monitor financial KPIs for the sales organization, including reporting.
Decision Support: Analyze monthly variances and assist management in decision-making processes.
Cost Control: Monitor cost developments and ensure consistent use of estimates across all areas.
Closing Management: Support month-end closings, external reporting, and assist in annual audits.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Completed degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Operational Finance, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Initial professional experience (e.g., through internships or student work) in Controlling or Finance.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); ideally, experience with SAP.
Languages: Fluent in German; English is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and a high level of customer orientation.
