Assistance to Managing Director (all genders) - Part-Time

Your mission:

• As the first point of contact, you are the go-to person for our visitors and employees.
• You will be planning, organizing and following up on meetings and events.
• You support and relieve our CTO (Managing Director) by handling assistant tasks like contact management, scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting preparations.
• Acting as a liaison between departments and external partners
• Organizational office tasks, such as managing office supplies, catering, and other equipment, will be managed by you
• Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing internal processes and structures completes your diverse range of responsibilities.

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training (or an equivalent qualification) and have solid experience in the assistant sector.
• You are proficient in common MS Office applications.
• With your strong customer and service orientation, positive attitude, and willingness to help, you inspire both our external visitors and employees.
• Due to our international focus, good English skills are required; business fluency in German is a must.
• Reliability, independence, and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive information complete your profile.
