What to Expect…
As Raylo continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Network Marketing Manager to scale our already successful influencer network growth strategy. This is a key role in our marketing team, responsible for developing a strategy to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and ultimately boost revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Execute Influencer Network Growth Strategy – Build and manage brand-aligned influencer networks to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Identify & onboard with Target Networks – Source, onboard, and nurture relationships with networks that align with Raylo’s brand values and target audiences.
- Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns and incentives to support business objectives.
- Negotiate Partnerships – Structure contracts, manage agreements, and ensure partnerships are cost-effective and performance-driven.
- Track & Optimise Performance – Develop and maintain a measurement framework to analyse influencer campaign performance, optimise for ROI, and report key insights to stakeholders.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up to date with influencer marketing networks, platform changes, and emerging opportunities to ensure Raylo remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
You’ll Succeed With…
- Proven Influencer Network Marketing Experience – At least 4 years of experience in influencer network marketing or relevant affiliate marketing experience.
- Strong Negotiation & Relationship Management Skills – Ability to identify, engage, and maintain strong partnerships.
- Analytical Mindset – Experience using performance data to track ROI, optimise campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Social Media & Trend Awareness – A deep understanding of influencer marketing networks, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and how influencers drive engagement and commercial success.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop innovative influencer campaigns that align with Raylo’s brand vision and business objectives.
- Autonomy & Initiative – Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of influencer marketing efforts from strategy to execution.
