What You’ll Be Doing

🚀 Build & Launch

• Design, build, and scale AI systems that power real-world solutions.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications, continuously refining their performance to drive meaningful impact.

🤝 Collaborate & Innovate

• Work with engineers, data scientists, and ML experts to bring AI ideas to life.
• Partner with teams across the company to turn challenges into AI-powered solutions.

📈 Evaluate & Improve

• Test, refine, and optimise AI models for peak performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI advancements and apply them to our products.

✅ Quality Matters

• Ensure products are reliable, scalable, and well-tested

What We’re Looking For

🎯 Experience that Matters

• You’ve built and shipped generative AI products in real-world systems.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLM integrations.

💡 Technical Toolkit

• Strong in Python (or similar) and AI frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and vector databases.
