Leveraging their domain expertise, the Senior Battery Engineer deciphers and articulates the requirements of the customer's battery engineers, thereby customizing the Voltaiq product to guarantee a rewarding and beneficial experience for customers. In this capacity, the role is customer-facing, focused on resolving complex technical challenges while also serving as a strategic subject matter expert in shaping the company's roadmap. The Sr. Battery Engineer is a member of the customer success team, and closely collaborates with Voltaiq’s business development, sales, product, and engineering teams. As an application specialist, the Sr. Battery Engineer provides in-depth training, onboarding, and technical support to customers’ battery teams. Additionally, the Sr. Battery Engineer attends periodically-scheduled calls and on-site meetings to support, troubleshoot, and grow customer usage of the platform.   The Sr. Battery Engineer is responsible for staying on top of trends across the battery industry, and ensuring the Voltaiq product offering matches and exceeds those trends. Other expectations include generating conference content, thought-leadership content, and presenting at conferences and other industry events.
