You will operate as a Tyba expert on battery storage, and leverage your expertise to support our commercial objectives. You will onboard, support, and nurture customer relationships end-to-end—from product education to ongoing consulting and analytics services—while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product and operations teams. Your work will help ensure our products deliver tangible business outcomes for both prospective and current customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and can quickly absorb complex, technical concepts and translate them into customer-ready insights.
