2+ years’ experience in a customer service role, within a manufacturing environment or similar, background in Oil & Gas is desirable.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.
Detail orientated, ability to work with figures and calculations.
Able to confidently read and understand technical drawings.
Experience in training associates would be desirable.
Experience using SAP would be preferred.
