Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials and finished products, including flavors, colors, coatings, and Vivapigments, to ensure they meet established quality specifications.
• Release raw materials and finished products in SAP.
• Complete and submit the monthly alcohol consumption report.
• Manage laboratory inventory and order necessary supplies to support ongoing lab operations.
• Track and manage non-conformances, supplier complaints, and customer complaints.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices, providing continuous education on various quality topics.
• Manage the Supplier Management program, including maintaining and updating the supplier list, as well as supplier-related documentation (e.g., questionnaires, specifications, certificates).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory analysis, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for material release and data management.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and other quality and safety regulations.
• Experience with certification processes such as Halal, Kosher, and regulatory compliance.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in French and English
