Job Description

Mission:
Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.

They are responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the contract, paying special attention to clauses and conditions for better alignment with the company’s interests. They act as intermediaries between client and company by resolving the possible conflicts that could arise during the performance of the contract. They control compliance with the contract by both parties.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field.
  • With 15 years’ experience in Interface and Coordination Manager role, at least 5 years specifically in railway projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
