What to Expect
As we scale Raylo Business as a key priority, we are seeking a Growth Manager to drive the distribution and growth of our business-focused leasing solutions. This role is a critical component in our strategy to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

What You’ll Do
- Performance Marketing Execution – Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid social, direct mail, and other direct response channels to drive ARR growth.
- Rapid Iteration & Optimisation – Work hands-on to test, learn, and iterate campaigns quickly, ensuring we hit our ambitious targets.
- Commercial Performance Tracking – Track, analyse, and communicate the commercial performance of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with internal teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader growth strategies.
- Market Insights & Innovation – Stay ahead of trends in direct-to-business marketing and continuously seek new ways to drive growth through innovative acquisition tactics.

You’ll Succeed With
+ Minimum 4 Years Experience – Hands-on execution of direct-to-business marketing campaigns for a high-growth, early-stage business.
+ Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics and the ability to track and report on ROI effectively.
+ Paid & Direct Marketing Expertise – Experience running and optimising paid social campaigns, direct mail initiatives, and other direct response marketing channels.
+ Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Ability to use data to optimise performance marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
+ Execution & Agility – A results-oriented mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and refine strategies in a fast-paced environment.
+ Autonomy & Ownership – Comfortable taking ownership of campaigns, testing new ideas, and pushing for continuous improvement.
