Multimedia Marketing Manager / Designer (all genders) - Hybrid

Your mission:

• Further development and maintenance of our corporate design and style guide as well as creation of visual guidelines
• Creation and maintenance of our multimedia library
• Co-creation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creation of multimedia content
• Development of social media content
• Designing high-quality print products (brochures, infographics, etc.)
• Analyzing trends in sustainability and software
• Experimenting with new creative technologies

Your profile:

• Experience & expertise: 
  • Several years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on corporate design and maintaining visual guidelines
  • Experience in setting up processes and managing simultaneous projects 
• Technical skills: 
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant design tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience in creating animations as well as video production and editing
  • Experience with creative AI tools is a plus
• Personal strengths: 
  • Structured, independent way of working, high sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills
  • Strong team player and enjoy working together  
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness and service orientation 
  • Creativity and a good eye for detail
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
