Roles and Responsibilities
Join Innovasea, a world leader in aquaculture technology, as a Sales Representative focused on the Mediterranean market. Reporting to the Business Development Manager in Greece, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, building a strong client base, and exceeding sales objectives for our Aquaculture Intelligence product line. This involves lead generation and qualification, managing the full sales cycle, and conducting competitive research. You will also identify opportunities for other Innovasea aquaculture solutions and collaborate with our global sales team. A passion for sales, aquaculture industry experience, and a collaborative approach are required.

Key Responsibilities

·      Execute sales processes in Salesforce including sales forecasting and pipeline management for software, product and solution sales

·      Drive outbound leads generation

·      Identify prospects and required product offerings to increase market share and presence

·      Manage client relationships including making periodic on-site visits, identifying specific unmet needs, anticipating new opportunities, and building productive long-term relationships

·      Resolve client challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations for resolution

·      Perform needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs

·      Work with engineering, marketing and production to ensure sales obligations are met in a timely fashion

·      Attend relevant industry events and conferences, and support Innovasea presence at such events

·      Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities

 

What We’re Looking For

·      Experience with software and solution sales process

·      Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

·      Good writing, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills

·      Proficiency in English. The internal working language is English, so the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

·      Familiarity with best CRM practices

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office

 

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·      Knowledge of aquaculture farm management software

·      3+ years of experience selling aquaculture software and equipment

·      The ability to speak multiple languages is a significant advantage. We value multilingual skills as they can contribute to better communication with our international clients and partners
