How You'll Make an Impact
- Craft Competitive Tenders: Develop high-quality tenders for substation automation, control, and protection products or systems that are commercially, legally, and technically competitive.
- Define Scope: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations units to define the scope of supply and solicit quotations from factories or other units within Hitachi Energy.
- Cost Calculations: Work with sales to calculate costs, margins, and sales prices.
- Tender Planning: Ensure timely tender submissions, prepare tender documents, and reports for internal risk reviews and tender submission approvals.
- Collaboration with Sales: Provide technical support to sales during early pursuit stages and assist with technical clarifications and contract negotiations with customers.
- Knowledge Sharing: Engage with specialists across our HUB Europe organization to exchange knowledge and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and tools.
Your Background
- Educational Qualifications: University degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or knowledge acquired in similar field.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in a similar industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and capable of handling conversations in Swedish.
