About your team:

You’ll be working centrally within our mission control room, aka Centrica’s group functions. From Finance and Data Science, to our Wellbeing and People teams - this is the engine of our energy system, where our various Centres of Excellence power up each of our brilliant businesses, ensuring they have all the support, technologies, and capabilities they need to get our customers to Net Zero by 2050.

An opportunity to play your part – Are you ready to create digital products that empower our 6,000 Field Engineers? Reporting to the Director of Field Transformation, you’ll lead the development of mobile products that enable exceptional customer service while maintaining competitive costs.

Location: UK, Windsor (talk to us about flexible working)

The day to day:

Drive discovery, development, and iteration of mobile Field products, delivering optimal solutions and commercial value.
Use qualitative and quantitative data and market trends to develop an effective product strategy.
Align product strategy with company vision and goals, representing the voice of the end users.
Work closely with research, design, and engineering teams to define impactful solutions.
Focus on high-value work, manage the backlog of epics and user stories, and support team ceremonies.

About You

Recognised experience in a senior product management role.
Love tackling interesting challenges with a strong product toolkit.
Show initiative and drive.
Comfortable with ambiguity, making informed decisions and course-correcting early.
Balance business and technical priorities in your roadmap.
Work well with senior stakeholders, aligning on product vision and strategy.
Highly collaborative with a team-first mentality.
Engage and motivate teammates with a compelling product vision.
Foster collaboration, leveraging your team’s skills.
Coach and support junior product team members, driving product excellence.
