Your responsibilities:

• Ensure Production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity), optimized FG Inventory & Manufacturing Cost
• Conduct production planning and scheduling activity and ensure efficient planning and optimized resource utilization (equipment, resources, etc.)
• Coordinate S&OP file updates (joined effort with Customer service) for all required cross-functional inputs
• Manage variations confirmed by Customer service team or constraints coming from Manufacturing area and confirm/agree new production plans and schedules
• Daily contact with customer, processing orders and shipments, monitoring demand variation, KPI’s
• Analyze performance indicators and report results

Our requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good command of English language (used in everyday work)
• Higher education (directional in the area of Logistics is welcome)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and the SAP system
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships, openness and communication
• Knowledge of the Lean Management will be an additional advantage
• Project management experience will be an additional sets
