Position Overview
The National Accounts Manager – OEM is responsible for fostering growth within existing OEM partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is focused on surpassing company objectives by establishing meaningful relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, delivering top-tier customer support.
- Work closely with OEM channel partners to enhance their influence on end customers.
- Develop and nurture key relationships with OEMs and their customer base.
- Act as the primary sales contact for OEMs, increasing brand recognition and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with application engineering teams to organize technical presentations, training sessions, and educational engagements (e.g., lunch-and-learns).
- Represent the company at industry trade shows to strengthen partnerships and elevate brand visibility.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through direct outreach and strategic prospecting.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage contractual agreements and digital platforms with OEM partners.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with OEMs to reinforce relationships.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for OEMs and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about product advancements, competitive advantages, and industry trends.
- Guide OEMs through the entire sales journey, from initial engagement to final implementation.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
