Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

Apoyo en los proyectos de transformación digital de la compañía aplicables a procesos corporativos de RRHH.

- Generación de material formativo y manuales por proceso (manejo de ppt a nivel avanzado).

- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y procesos nuevos por parte de los negocios (contacto con HRBP´s o partes implicadas).

- Coordinación con la parte técnica para la configuración de las herramientas implicadas.

Ser estudiante de último año de ADE o similar.

Nivel alto de inglés: C1 / Advanced o equivalente.

Excel: nivel avanzado.

Power Point avanzado

Buenas dotes de comunicación e interés por coordinar procesos con diferentes interlocutores

Experiencia no requerida.
