Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all local Customer Service processes

  • Responsible for ongoing process improvements and organizational development (OPEX)

  • Provides reports and takes over planning tasks together with the Matrix Manager

  • Ensures that processes and performance are effective and efficient

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team and as leader

  • Entrepreneur and solution-oriented behavior 

  • Very good user knowledge of MS-Office, especially advanced Excel skills

  • Advanced SAP and CRM knowledge

  • Lean Sigma skills at Green Belt level

  • Basic knowledge in logistic and warehouse management

  • Good English skills

  • Sales and customer-oriented attitude
