Responsible for all local Customer Service processes
Responsible for ongoing process improvements and organizational development (OPEX)
Provides reports and takes over planning tasks together with the Matrix Manager
Ensures that processes and performance are effective and efficient

Very good user knowledge of MS-Office, especially advanced Excel skills
Advanced SAP and CRM knowledge
Lean Sigma skills at Green Belt level
