We are now looking for a Product Compliance Data Analyst that will belong to our Quality Department, within our Product Compliance & Field Actions Team. We want you, who is eager to ensure compliance and quality in our authority reporting duties specifically in North America. You will accurately manage and analyze warranty and consumer complaints data in order to fulfill authority reporting duties for the North American market.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing reporting and analyzing duties connected to Propulsion Related Parts (PRP), customer complaints, field reports and warranty claims in any product produced by Polestar for the North American market. You will be the official market contact during monthly and quarterly reporting duties as well as creating and/or support different regulatory reports that are required by law to be filled depending on the criteria or timing. This role involves coordination of quality matters and quality measures.

To be a great fit for this role, we are searching for someone with a great business acumen, with an insight in both customers and products. You have a strong capability of problem-solving and are not afraid of making tough decisions. Taking ownership is a daily practice of yours, and you are an excellent communicator with a great track record in liaising with different parties. You like to process and analyze large datasets to find trends and patterns, as well as uncover the reasons behind them. You need have an interest in understanding automotive technology and what makes a car function, or a want to learn about it, to be able to ask the right questions related to Product Quality investigations.
