How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Perform engineering tasks including design, development, and testing.

• Investigate technical issues and establish corrective procedures.

• Support production during process and equipment start-ups.

• Evaluate and implement new process technologies.

• Lead testing activities and define approval criteria.

• Execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) initiatives.

• Train maintenance and production teams on new processes.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Preferably trained in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
