We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Field Service Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • The Service Technician covers the service execution (field service). He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country /cluster service execution.
  • Direct attention to our clients for the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance service, based on GEA standards.
  • Properly install of the assigned equipment within the weekly planning, under the GEA standards, and generate the executive report.
  • Provide the client with the corresponding advice or training related to operator service routines and document the activity in the Technical Service Report.
  • Provide customer support by explaining the work method prior to execution and ensuring the correct closure of it, with the field service report authorized by the client , as well as the creation of the report of key activities and recommendations.

Your Profile / Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • A junior profile or recent graduate in electronic, mechatronic, electromechanical or related engineering.
  • Strong technical service, mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience and knowledge in automation.
  • Experience in PLC, Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
  • Available to travel.
