Job Description
Your missions will be as follows :
- Management of the Greek finance team (2 employees).
- Lead financial strategy by developing data-driven business models to support profitability and growth.
- Review and update business plans/forecast model.
- Manage relations with banks and insurance companies.
- Cash management on day to day basis: reinforce & supervise the call of funds & payments process of the companies.
- Tax Relief and Allowances, provided strategic advice on optimizing tax relief and allowances to improve tax efficiency and minimize overall tax liabilities.
- Tax Computations and Returns: Prepared comprehensive corporate and group tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Tax Audits, experienced in handling tax audits, particularly for VAT refund claims.
- Review of credit & equity documentation on corporate finance aspects.
- Manage relations with auditors, accounting, tax & law firms.
- Prepare cash forecast of holding and project companies on monthly basis.
- Support Business team and Treasury team to negotiate, issue and follow-up the guarantees.
- Budget for the companies.
- Rolling Forecast Preparation.
- Monitoring of Actual & Overhead Costs.
- Working with H/Q on the preparation of board updates and quarterly board papers and the budget.
- Identifying and implementing improvements and efficiencies to processes.
- Accuracy of analyzed financial data and information reported to management.
- Participate in a M&A process, in the structuration of the operation in coordination with Legal, Finance and Operational teams(due diligence review, accounting and cash impacts, SPA review or other Legal documentation negotiation)
