Define customer/product specific strategy in alignment with Sales and BU management to achieve profitable growth
Acquire, manage, industrialize, and launch process responsible for all projects and enable a transfer of lessons learned. Completed in accordance to VC project management processes from RFQ through EOP (Including IAM & Spare)
Build up and develop contact to all technical functions of specified customers
Actively monitor and work to improve contribution margin for production and service parts under application team responsibility. This includes VAVE and process improvements activities support.
Bachelor鈥檚 of Science in Engineering or equivalent
>3 years of project/program management
Knowledge about Customer Acquisition and Project Management are necessary
Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills across cultures. NVH product knowledge preferred
Local language. Fluent English
