Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who understands the critical role of both individual and collaborative effort in delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs.

As a vital member of our Global Team, you will contribute directly to our Enterprise Software (ESS) product group, supporting a comprehensive solution encompassing mobile, web, and backend components.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Help build a modern, enterprise-grade SaaS solution leveraging a microservice architecture, containerized with Docker and orchestrated by Kubernetes.

• Drive continuous improvement in software delivery through the implementation of cutting-edge DevOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines, collaborative infrastructure management, and a culture of shared responsibility for production stability.

• Contributing to the creation of effective design documentation and technical whitepapers.

• Support Development Teams to develop technology roadmaps, aligning technical enablers with feature roadmaps and strategic objectives.

• Actively supporting release management processes and providing expert troubleshooting for production issues.

• Participating in cross-functional Agile teams, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Sharing knowledge and experience with team members.

Your Background:

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.

• Experience in building, configuring and designing scalable, high-performance solutions and services.

• Proven expertise in a modern technology stack and frameworks, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure), RESTful APIs, and authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth2.0/OpenID).

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, ensuring high code quality and reliability.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

• Cloud-Native Development: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform/Terraspace.

• Microservice Architecture: With robust data management using PostgreSQL.
