The Opportunity
We are seeking to hire a person to provide technical, commercial and administrative support for the operations – sales and project management for our location in Sofia.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support the sales process, tendering, preparation of technical and administrative documents for participation of the company in tenders;
Support collection of marketing data about Bulgaria;
Support preparation of marketing materials and advertising materials;
Procurement, Logistic and transport support and management of the delivery and handling-over process;
Management of the warehouses and materials/equipment on stock;
ERP system material management;
Performance as back-up the role of service coordinator role and / or order handling role in the organization;
Administrative support, office material and service procurement.
Your background:
University degree master/bachelor’s in electrical engineering, economy, social and lingual science;
ERP system experience more than 2 years, preferably SAP;
Good communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
Driving license;
Software skills: MS office tools including MS project.
