The Security Program Specialist will oversee the coordination of security projects, manage maintenance and service calls, and take charge of both operational (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) related to the security program. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, and internal teams to ensure that security systems and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

You Will:
 - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects, including system installations, upgrades, and enhancements.
 - Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
 - Coordinate ongoing maintenance and service calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
 - Develop and maintain a comprehensive security program roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and client needs.
 - Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the security program, including tracking and optimizing OPEX and CAPEX.
 - Work with finance teams to forecast and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
 - Review and approve expenditures related to security projects, maintenance, and services.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and venders, providing regular updates on project status, maintenance activities, and budget management.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
 - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
 - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security program delivery.
 - Ensure all security systems and services are compliant with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
 - Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report on program success to senior management.
 - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.
 - Identify and mitigate risks associated with security projects and maintenance activities.
 - Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure business continuity.

You Bring: 
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security program management or a similar role, with a strong focus on project coordination and financial management.
- Proven experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, with a track record of optimizing costs while delivering high-quality services.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management and financial management software.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Experience in a corporate security environment or a similar industry is highly desirable.
