As the Head of People Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition, you'll lead and develop our People Business Partner & Talent Acquisition team, shaping forward-thinking and sustainable P&C strategies for our international teams. You'll work closely with leadership, offering trusted guidance on strategic and day-to-day People matters. You’ll also collaborate with the Head of People Operations & Learning to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience. With us you get

Your new role
  • Lead and support a team of People Business Partners and Recruiters, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Be a strategic partner to managers, advising on hiring, team structure, performance, and organizational design
  • Drive talent development by shaping career progression frameworks, compensation models, and learning programs
  • Support recruitment and hiring strategies to ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring process
  • Keep our company culture strong by embedding our values into everyday experiences
  • Use data and insights to assess organizational performance and support workforce planning
What you bring
  • At least 5 years of experience leading an HR/People Business Partnering function with solid experience supporting a business through rapid change
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and ideally understanding of relevant local labor law (Austria / Czech / Netherlands / Italy)
  • Experience with organizational design and transformation as well as leading HR projects across the employee lifecycle
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships
  • A data-driven approach, using insights to shape People strategies
  • Empathy, strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
