As a Learning Specialist, you'll design, launch, and fine-tune learning programs that help employees grow and support business success. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Learning, you’ll create engaging and scalable learning & development (L&D) strategies, giving employees the tools they need to build their skills and careers. Your new role

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align learning initiatives with company goals
• Develop and roll out learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and hybrid training solutions
• Manage learning platforms (LMS) and optimize digital learning experiences
• Design career development pathways and leadership training programs
• Use data and employee feedback to continuously refine and improve L&D programs
• Introduce innovative learning methods like gamification, microlearning, and peer learning
• Maintain an organized and accessible internal knowledge base for learning resources

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or HR Training
• Strong knowledge of learning platforms and digital training tools
• Ability to assess learning needs and develop tailored solutions
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset to measure training effectiveness
• Experience designing and managing leadership development programs
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
• Passion for learning and employee development.
