Fastned is expanding its network of fast charging stations in Belgium and is looking to strengthen the local team with a Junior Project Manager to support us in bringing the projects to life.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Acting as a point of contact between the construction team and other internal teams (e.g., architects, network development, finance).
Aligning with external partners for all necessary preparations prior to construction phase.
Working with utility operators to secure adequate utility connections for new charging stations and shops.
Procurement & Administration
Generating and managing purchase orders (POs) throughout the project lifecycle.
Handling the processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and coordination skills, who enjoys working across teams and ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating across multiple teams to drive the energy transition forward.
Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything important about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
A first work experience in procurement, construction, or project coordination is a plus, but not mandatory. We also welcome motivated graduates with a strong willingness to learn
Strong technical affinity – you enjoy understanding how things work.
Fast learner with a curious, open-minded, and analytical approach.
Organized and structured, able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English.

The recruitment process consists of 4 stages:
A first video call with our recruiter to find out more about Fastned and our company culture;
Online interview with 2 construction team members to dive deeper into the role and your experience;
Assignment presentation and case interview with Country Director & key team members;
Final office visit to meet the rest of the team in person.
