As part of your application, we would like to give you some insights into our corporate culture and organisation. At Sono Motors, we are replacing the traditional employer-employee relationship with a partnership of equals. When employees from large companies come to Sono, we sometimes hear that they miss certain services, support and infrastructure. We invite you to fill these gaps with us. We see you as a co-creator of our company, not as someone who just turns up to do their job. At Sono Motors, you take matters into your own hands to achieve the desired impact.
Our Managing Directors will work with you and together with the entire Sono team you will lead our organisation. We expect you to take initiative, contribute to our organisational development, embrace imperfection and communicate transparently. We call this #staysono; it's our culture.
