Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable, receivable, and other accounting subledgers reporting and analysis.
- Be a key Player in administering Inter Company (IC) transactions.
- Administer P-Card and Travel and Entertainment expenses (CONCUR)
- Payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations
- Support month end and year end activities, including accruals, preparation of financial statements and cashflow reports.
- Monitoring accounts payables for working capital. This includes reporting, forecasting, and providing key insights to management.
- Administer GR-IR Process through “MR-11” process in SAP. Ensure monthly processing and reporting.
- Support annual internal control compliance review through testing and documentation.
- Support the annual external audit process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable IFRS accounting rules.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
3+ years of relevant experience with good local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge
SAP skills strongly preferred
Global experience a plus
