You will be introduced to the responsibilities of a food technology specialist
You will learn how to operate, monitor, and control our production facilities
You will assist with maintenance work and production trials
You will learn how chemical and physical analyses are conducted in the laboratory for quality assurance

You will have the opportunity to visit our sister company in Canada and learn about the production of food colorants
Training sessions and seminars are also integral parts of your apprenticeship
At least a good secondary school diploma
Interest in and understanding of technical processes
High level of commitment and initiative
Independent working style
Ability to work well in a team and actively collaborate with others
Strong awareness of quality and hygiene standards
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
