How you'll make an impact
Lead root cause analysis of failures on GIS
Drive cases affecting many different customers
Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution to customer issues
Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
Run improvement projects on specific topics
Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations
Identify improvements and drive the implementation
Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases
Your background
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable
Background in quality function or project management / engineering in gas-insulated switchgear field
Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial
Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus
Good communication and cultural sensitivity
Willingness to travel if needed (max. 10%)
