Lead Digital and Graphic designer - Marketing

As a Lead Digital and Graphic Designer at Teledyne LeCroy Xena, you will play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing success. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase how your contributions and dedication can significantly enhance Xena's promotion and branding.

The Position:

As a Digital and Graphic Designer at Xena Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team and take the lead on various tasks, including social media activities, website management, and the design and production of marketing collateral.

The position reports to the VP of Marketing, and you will have contact close contact with product management, sales and product development.  

Your primary responsibility will be:

• Manage the company websites (WordPress and own CMS), including updating graphics and creating new pages for events, webinars, release notes, and more.
• Ensure SEO optimization for all website content to improve visibility and ranking.
• Develop the social media strategy aligned with campaigns.
• Define the number of posts, create graphics for posts, and schedule them using HubSpot.
• Manage activities on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Wistia.
• Edit technical videos using Synthesia (avatar-based content creation) and Clipchamp.
• Create and manage all graphic design projects using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Maintain technical documentation (datasheets, PPTs, User Manuals) with assistance from Team and Product Management

Relevant experience with similar tasks in an international working environment is essential.

• Experience in international marketing, with in the responsibility arears and tools.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken - you must be able to write and communicate professionally in English (the default office language)
