- Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
- To oversee and manage the daily operations of EXPONENTIAL POWER INC, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is responsible for optimizing resource allocation, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee budget management and cost control measures for the operations department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve company objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for essential services and supplies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational procedures and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative solutions to optimize operations.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the operations team.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.
