We are looking for motivated university student for a trainee position as a Service Desk Specialist, SAP Trainee to join our SAP team in Ostrava.
We seek someone who is precise, has a keen eye for detail, and is interested in learning how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems work.
You will work 20 hours per week while continuing your studies, gaining practical experience, and developing professionally. You will also be part of a trainee community in Ostrava, where students support each other, share experiences, and build valuable connections in an international work environment.
As a company, we prioritize your studies and will support you by offering flexible working hours. You can choose when to work between 6:00 - 18:00 CET.
You will be located in our modern office at the Organica Building in Ostrava, Czechia, and will report to the Manager of the Enterprise Application Service Desk.
This is a fixed term position until June 2026 with the possibility to prolong the contract.
What you can expect from the position:
You will gain basic SAP knowledge, and based on your interests and capabilities, you can develop expertise in the FICO, Sales and Distribution, or MM/PM modules.
You will help solve incidents and handle requests in out-of-the-box ServiceNow using Incident Management and Request Management, based on the ITIL framework.
The SAP change process (including SAP development and transport management) is managed in the Azure DevOps space.
Commits new releases into SAP production.
Collaborating with IT colleagues, communicating with internal SAP users, and coordinating with both internal and external developers as part of working on solutions for various SAP issues.
Valuable experience working in an international company with a Nordic culture.
