The role

The Technical Administrator will play a critical role in supporting communication, coordination, and administrative functions for the Managing Director of the business. This position will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, technical writing capabilities, and an analytical mindset to support project planning, reporting, and proposal coordination.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Lead, Building & Cities.
  • Assist in coordinating internal business activities for the Regional Lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
  • Support project planning by tracking schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Assist in the preparation and production of reports, including technical documentation and planning schedules.
  • Coordinate proposal development activities, ensuring accurate data compilation, formatting, and submission.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread technical reports and documentation.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials as required.

Suitable applicants will have:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical administrative or project coordination role.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or engineering environment is preferred.
  • Background in proposal coordination and project planning is highly desirable.
