Bids & Marketing Coordinator

- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

- Work closely with discipline leads (structural, civil, MEP, architecture, etc.) to gather and refine technical inputs.

- Develop bid strategies and methodologies that differentiate the company from competitors.

- Ensure all submissions meet compliance, formatting, and quality standards.

- Assist in preparing risk assessments, value propositions, and alternative solutions where required, and documenting lessons learnt.

- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners to clarify project scope, technical details, and bid requirements.

- Work alongside the Bid Manager to define winning strategies for key opportunities.

- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate responses.

- Ensure technical documentation is clear, concise, and tailored to client needs.

- Develop and maintain a library of high-quality bid content, including case studies, benchmarking, etc.

- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling proposals.

- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or building projects.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
