World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Microsoft 365 Productivity Lead.
Major Function
The Microsoft 365 Productivity Lead plays a critical role in leading the design and implementation of the full suite of Microsoft 365 products. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform technologies to increase collaboration, productivity, and innovation across the organization; and for knowledge management technologies for the curation, storage, management, use, and retention of WWF information to improve communication and compliance. This individual will shape how we capture, organize, and distribute vital knowledge, and where every day presents an opportunity to make a real impact.
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $148,800 - $213,900.

Key Responsibilities
Manages Microsoft 365 environments with the latest policies, settings, configurations, and features to ensure full functionality, security, and system health.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Uncover and implement exciting ways to leverage Microsoft 365 features, enhancing how we share and collaborate.
Responsible for our knowledge resources are captured, organized, and accessed seamlessly through refined processes and procedures.
Innovate and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and metadata structures to facilitate knowledge management.
Ensure seamless adoption, communication, document sharing, and collaboration across the organization.
Create and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports and dashboards.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Stay current with the latest developments in 365 and Power Platform technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Competencies
Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
MUST HAVE experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience with content management, collaboration, and process automation.
Experience utilizing tools like Power Platform and Graph APIs to automate tasks and generate reports for Teams data.
Experience and proficiency in PowerShell and PowerApps to develop custom solutions.
Understanding of data integration, workflow automation, and user interface design.
Experience in integrating third-party applications seamlessly into the Teams environment.
Experience in supervising, mentoring, and training staff.
Organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and work accurately under time constraints.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in cross functional teams, as well as operate with considerable independence, and discretion.
Ability to be agile, responsive, and flexible in managing multiple projects and priorities.
