Then the position of Sales Manager District Heating is interesting for you. You will work in our office in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Sales Manager - District Heating, you will work in a varied and dynamic position and you will be involved in the sale of projects and sustainable solutions within the Heating & Refrigeration Solutions (HRS), Business Unit.


Your responsibilities:

  • As Sales Manager Heating & Refrigeration – District Heating – prime, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships in the District Heating market in the Netherlands.

  • You focus on the customer's strategic sustainability goals and optimize partnership, which enables the GEA goals to be achieved.

  • You will deal with strategic, tactical and technical issues and will be able to identify and sell new opportunities for GEA in sustainable customer solutions.

  • You are the representative of GEA HRT Benelux and work together with the various account teams.

  • In addition, you maintain contacts within GEA at Division and Global level. You are responsible for ensuring optimal cooperation in the sales process.

  •  You draw up the sales plan and stay informed of the market situation and developments.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Experienced in EU, government, municipalities, engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) company, and energy sector tender submissions.

  • Experienced in standardised contracts, such as FIDIC.

  • You have a HBO working and thinking level with a technical education.

  • You have demonstrable, practical experience in the sale of customer-specific solutions in the related industries.

  • Fluent in English. Dutch language proficiency is desired.

  • MS Office and CRM system proficient.

  • You have knowledge of the product range, marketing and sales techniques.

  • You are customer and service oriented and have excellent commercial and technical skills.

  • You are a real networker who likes to work together and is result-oriented.
