Quantity Surveyor

Task to control and monitor project costs throughout the construction process. Able to identify and analyze cost variances, prepare cost reports and forecast. Implement cost-saving measures. Evaluate progress billings and process payment applications from the Contractor.

 

The candidate must have the following qualfications and skills.

• Licensed Engineer in the Philippines

• Relevant experience in infrastructure projects

• Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in similar assignment of position

• He/she shall responsible to quantity and validate actual work accomplishments, check progress billings, derive unit cost analysis, cost variance, etc.

• He/She shall report to the project site office in Bagbag WRF under the management of the Construction Manager / Project Engineer.

• Other task as directed by the Construction Manager
