Job Description
Geotech, one of Acciona’ s specialist businesses with over fifty years of experience at the frontlines of design and delivery. The range of expertise includes foundation piling, basement construction, ground improvement, ground anchors, water infrastructure construction and more.
As one of Australia’s largest and most diversely skilled engineering and construction contracting business, Geotech has the capabilities to be a single contractor to a broad spectrum of clients, delivering the full scope of works.
The Opportunity:
We have a rare opportunity for a qualified Boilermaker to join our high performing Geotech team based out of Port Melbourne site. This role will see you working with our seasoned professionals as part of Acciona Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- All duties relevant to an experienced (qualified) Boilermaker
- Operating electrically powered tools, hand tools and other equipment to complete maintenance and construction projects
- You will be working on Piling Rig tooling fabrication, repairs and maintenance.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (completed)
- 3+ years’ experience (post qualifications)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Experience working with hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, and/or turnbuckles.
- Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of components used in the construction engineering industry, in disciplines such as ground engineering
- Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
