Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a talented, dedicated, and highly analytical Strategy and Operations Analyst to enhance reporting in the Supply Chain Function. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in important processes which drive purchasing decisions. This position requires a candidate with proven analytical skills with experience driving process improvement, thought leadership, and delivering results.
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this high-impact role, you will enhance data accuracy and reporting, manage key supply chain operational initiatives and provide strategic insights to inform million dollar decisions at Zoomo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
Data Accuracy
- Improve data integrity across inventory, demand planning, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and refine reporting processes to provide real-time visibility into key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data systems and eliminate inefficiencies.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Manage key operations initiatives e.g. Battery Rework Program management.
- Implement other process improvement e.g. warranty process.
- Prepare materials and insights for monthly meetings with leadership.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Decision Support
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business and supply chain performance, cost efficiencies, and process optimizations.
- Build models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite to influence strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, process improvement, or data analytics, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google sheets/excel/SQL
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on improving processes and driving efficiencies
- Someone who can breakdown a problem, understand the root cause and implement a solution that addresses these root causes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Fluent in English with any additional languages as a plus (Spanish, German or French)
