This role transcends traditional product management boundaries. You'll be architecting solutions at the intersection of biological science and ecosystem wide necessity, developing products that that contribute to ecological preservation on a global scale.

You won't just be managing a product pipeline—you'll be helping redefine how kill invasive species while preserving biodiversity for generations to come.

Essential Capabilities

• 5+ years navigating product development cycles, with at least 2 years in biotech, agricultural technology, or related scientific domains

• Demonstrated success shepherding regulated products from conceptualization to market integration

• Experience translating scientific research into commercial applications that deliver measurable value

• Sophisticated analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting complex experimental data

• Exceptional communication prowess across scientific, regulatory, and commercial contexts

• Proven ability to thrive in early-stage environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid evolution

• Capacity to create structured approaches where precedent may not exist

• You are expert in Agile Project Manageent

• You are an expert in the use of ClickUp
