Job Description
What You Will Do:
The Early Careers Lead will be responsible for identifying and defining talent needs in entry-level positions within the organization to strengthen the talent pipeline and participate in business projects and solutions that generate a positive impact. This role will also position Clarios as an employer of choice. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating internship programs, apprentices, leadership development programs for young talent, and entry-level positions. This role will connect with business and resource leaders to ensure that early talent programs align with the organization's strategic objectives.
How You Will Do It:
Identify and define talent needs in entry-level positions.
Develop and manage internship and apprenticeship programs.
Coordinate leadership development programs for young talent.
Collaborate with business and resource leaders to ensure alignment of early talent programs with the organization's objectives.
Participate in business projects and solutions that generate a positive impact.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for entry-level positions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of participants in early talent programs.
Provide guidance and support to program participants.
Stay updated on best practices and trends in early talent management.
Strengthen the Clarios employer brand presence at universities and relevant organizations, in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
Plan and manage the budget for young talent programs.
Be responsible for the KPIs of the assigned processes, including turnover, conversion, engagement, performance, and others.
Coordinate the Business Resource Group for Young Talent.
Implement mentorship programs for this population.
What We Look For:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in managing early talent programs or similar roles.
- Power BI and report generation experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent development.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Advanced English level.
Preferred:
Experience working with Workday.
