Responsibilities:

• Managing technical-commercial issues in the segment, providing support to the sales team through technical documents and value case studies.
• Developing strategic relationships with OEMs, service providers and end customers, conducting regular visits to strengthen partnerships and obtain new approvals.
• Promoting technical and commercial training for the team and clients, with a view to continuous improvement and greater effectiveness in actions.
• Prospect and develop new strategic clients, adopting a proactive approach to expand the business base and drive market growth.
• Managing demand in S&OP and ensuring the implementation of defined action plans.
• Identifying market expectations for new products, services and tests, proposing initiatives to boost business.
• Implement marketing actions such as fairs, workshops and events to strengthen the brand.
• Carry out price adjustments and ensure that the price list is maintained in the system.
• Monitoring market opportunities and reporting insights to the Market Manager.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Desirable knowledge of ERP - Protheus and CRM.
• Desirable negotiation training.
