• You will play a key role in our product planning activities in China, collaborating with diverse teams to shape our product strategy

• You will conduct thorough analyses of overseas competition, particularly focusing on Chinese competitors, and continuously update our market insights to keep the organization ahead of industry trends

• You will work with the overseas team to identify product gaps and opportunities, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our customers and stand out in the market

• You will collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative solutions that address identified product gaps

• You will drive the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies

Requirements  

• You have a master’s degree in engineering, electronics or comparable studies and are now excited to gain practical experience

• You have a keen interest in Product Development and ideally already have initial practical experience in form of an internship or others

• You have professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams

• You have already acquired international experience and/or are excited by the prospect of international collaboration and a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program

• You have strong IT skills - you particularly use MS Office daily and have knowledge of relevant development tools

• You are a team player with strong communication skills, and are keen to take on responsibility and to work with a high level of initiative to achieve results you can be proud of
