Tasks
You will establish, communicate, and maintain the management reporting process, structure, and content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
You will manage and facilitate the management reporting process for global IT operations. This includes gathering reporting-relevant data, developing and creating insightful reports, visualizations, and performing ad-hoc analyses
You will also interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making
You will improve data quality through process optimization initiatives, ensure a common understanding of reporting standards and practices across the Global IT organization to enhance data reliability
You will monitor overarching IT spending trends, analyze variances, and highlight areas that require attention
Requirements
You have a master’s degree in business administration, finance or a similar field with a focus on Controlling, and are now excited to gain practical experience
You have a keen interest in numbers and ideally already have initial practical experience in Controlling such as financial information systems and controlling / reporting standards
You have professional working proficiency in English enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams; German language skills are beneficial
You have already acquired international experience and/or are excited by the prospect of international collaboration and a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program
You have strong IT skills – you particularly use MS Office daily and ideally have first knowledge of PowerBi
You are a team player with strong communication skills, and are keen to take on responsibility and to work with a high level of initiative to achieve results you can be proud of
