• You will play a key role in managing our product offerings and driving technology innovations for the Mobile Automation BU across the APAC region

• You will observe and analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor trends to develop a comprehensive product roadmap strategy that ensures the success of our automation business

• You will oversee the entire product life cycle, which includes defining product requirements based on compelling value propositions, collaborating with R&D engineers to develop innovative products, launching products with effective go-to-market strategies, monitoring product health throughout its life cycle and managing the phase-out process as necessary

• You will work closely with product managers and business developers in other regions to export and adapt your offerings for their markets, contributing to the overall success of our automation initiatives

Requirements  

• You have a master’s degree in engineering, automation or comparable studies and are now excited to gain practical experience

• You have a keen interest in Product Management and ideally already have initial practical experience in form of an internship or others

• You have professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams

• You have already acquired international experience and/or are excited by the prospect of international collaboration and a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program

• You have strong IT skills—you particularly use MS Office daily and have knowledge of relevant development tools

• You are a team player with strong communication skills, and are keen to take on responsibility and to work with a high level of initiative to achieve results you can be proud of
